Author registration requirements
1. At least one author per paper (regular paper, poster and demo) must be registered at the FULL main conference rate (i.e., IEEE Member / Non-Member registration), regardless of whether or not they are students.
- FULL registration refers to non-student registration. Therefore, if you are a student author, please opt for FULL registration (i.e., IEEE Member / Non-Member registration) rather than student registration. This is unless another author has already completed the FULL registration for the same paper.
The author registration deadline is April 1, 2024.
- Each author registration is valid for ONE paper.
- There is an additional pages fee of $100. A registrant can add up to 2 additional pages for each paper.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to sidi@wm.edu by April 24, 2024, 11:59 PM AoE Time. There will be an administrative fee of $50 for cancelled registrations. You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registration is not refundable.
